CNC Automatic Wood Cross Cut Saw
The Automatic Wood Cross Cut Saw is an automated woodworking machine for cutting timber to length and in batches.
Compared to traditional manual measuring, marking, and hand-pushed cutting,
Our Yize machine uses a touchscreen to input the cutting program, and features automatic feeding, automatic positioning, automatic sawing, and conveyor output to complete continuous processing.
It is suitable for batch processing of wooden pallets, timber squares, boards, strips, and other products to length.

Traditional timber cutting typically requires manual labor:
Measurement Marking Handling Manual positioning Sawing Re-measurement
When processing large quantities of square timber and planks daily, manual operation is not only slow but also prone to length errors.
Electronic timber cutters integrate these steps into a single machine:
Program setting Automatic feeding Automatic positioning Pneumatic clamping High-speed sawing Automatic unloading

Customization Notes: Actual cutting dimensions, feed length, saw blade specifications, and workbench length can be customized according to timber specifications and customer production requirements.
How to Choose Different Lengths?
1m / 2m: Suitable for processing short pieces, strips, pallet components, etc.
4m: Suitable for batch cutting of regular timber, boards, and furniture timber.
6m: Suitable for processing long timber and production lines requiring longer feed workbenches.
If customers frequently process timber of different lengths, different cutting lengths can be set through the program, reducing the time spent changing equipment or manually re-measuring.
