The core principle of the Briquette Production Line is crushing, drying, rod making and carbonization.
It simulates the formation process of natural charcoal, but greatly shortens the cycle through modern mechanical technology and realizes the resource utilization of waste.
Process Flow:
Raw Material Crushing → Screening → Drying → Briquetting → Carbonization → Finished Product Packaging
Production Line Components
1. Raw Material Processing Equipment
Crusher: Crushes various large-sized raw materials, such as branches, wood blocks, and straw, to sizes that meet subsequent production requirements. The particle size of the crushed material generally ranges from 5mm to 20mm.
Dryer: Drys the crushed raw materials to reduce their moisture content. Mechanized charcoal production requires a moisture content between 12% and 18%. The dryer quickly removes moisture from the raw materials through methods such as hot air circulation.
2. Charcoal Briquetting Equipment
Mechanized Charcoal Briquetting Machine: This is a core piece of equipment in the production line. It extrudes the processed raw materials under high temperature and high pressure into briquettes of a specific shape (commonly round or square) and density.
3. Carbonization Equipment
Carbonization Furnace: Carbonizes the briquettes, converting them into machine-made charcoal.
4. Other Auxiliary Equipment
Conveyors: Transport raw materials and products between production stages, ensuring continuous and automated production.
Dust Removal Equipment: Collects dust generated during the production process, reducing air pollution and meeting environmental requirements. Common dust removal equipment includes bag dust collectors, cyclone dust collectors, etc.
