Entire Production Process

Raw Materials → Mixer → Food Puffer → Cooling Conveyor → Seasoning Machine → Finished Product

1. Mixer

Located at the beginning of the production line, it thoroughly and evenly mixes various ingredients-such as corn flour, rice flour, potato flour, nutrients, and additives-according to the recipe ratio.

2. Food Extruder

The core component of the production line. It receives the mixed ingredients and, through the screw conveying, extrusion, shearing, and external heating within the machine, forces them through the machine. When they are forced through a specially shaped die, the pressure is instantly released, and the internal moisture rapidly evaporates, causing the material to expand dramatically, forming a porous, crispy, and puffed food prototype.

3. Cooling Conveyor

This serves as a bridge connecting the extruder and the flavoring machine. Freshly exiting the extruder, the product is hot, soft, and has a damp surface.

Cooling: Using natural air or cold air circulation, the product is cooled to near room temperature, allowing it to become crispy and set.

Conveying: This conveys the cooled product smoothly into the flavoring machine.

4.Seasoning Machine

The product tumbles at a constant speed within the drum while being evenly sprayed with cooking oil (and then sprinkled with seasoning powder (such as cheese powder, barbecue powder, tomato powder, etc.)). This ensures that the flavoring is firmly and evenly coated on the product surface.
