The paper tube machine first automatically feeds paper (usually 3-16 layers) from the paper rack. After double-sided gluing, it is wound into tubes by multiple heads (such as a three-head, double-belt winding machine).

The winding process uses constant tension control and frequency conversion speed regulation, achieving speeds of 1-30 meters per minute to ensure uniform tube wall thickness. Subsequently, a servo synchronous multi-blade cutting system (standard configuration: 5 blades) performs fixed-length cutting (100-1200mm), with encoder-controlled precision.

The entire process is PLC + touchscreen controlled, requiring 1-2 operators. It is suitable for medium-sized paper tubes such as aluminum foil cores and toilet paper roll cores.
