1.Fixed bar assembly
Assemble the rotary tillage cover fixing bar to the box body with M12X120 screws. Pay attention to the positive and negative sides of the fixing bar during assembly.
2.Rotary tillage hood assembly
Assembly of the rotary tillage cover Use M10X20 flange screws to lock the fixing bar and the rotary tillage cover.
3. Rotary tillage splint assembly
Assemble the clamping plate and the middle plow, and fasten the clamping plate, the fixed bar and the box body with M10X65 bolts.
4.Rotary tillage intermediate plow assembly
Assemble the middle plow to the middle position of the clamp plate with M10X65 bolts and spacers and adjust it up and down so that the plow tip is flush with the bottom of the rotary blade.
5.Rotary blade assembly
Install the left and right rotary tillage blade holders symmetrically into the two sides of the box shaft, and insert the 8x50 pin to fix it.
