Our mobile wood crusher with large wheels is a flexible, relocatable wood shredding equipment suitable for outdoor operations.

Its core features include large-diameter, wear-resistant tires and a towing frame, eliminating the need for fixed installation and allowing for rapid relocation between factories, woodlands, orchards, and construction sites.

 Core Structure:

1. Employs a blade cutting + hammer grinding structure, first coarsely cutting the wood, then crushing it through high-speed hammer impact. The output particle size can be precisely adjusted by changing the screen (2–20mm).

 

2. Power options include an electric motor (380V/50Hz) or a diesel engine (10–30HP), enabling stable operation even without electricity.

 

3. Large-size rubber wheels and a towing frame design allow for towing by tractors, pickup trucks, or small forklifts, adapting to complex road conditions such as mud and gravel.

2.Home/community heating: Shredding forest thinnings into 4-6mm biomass pellets to replace fuel oil in home fireplaces and district heating.
