The Side Edge Polisher achieves a mirror-like finish with zero burrs, zero glue lines, and zero waviness on the sides of the polished board through a progressive "one-sanding, two-polishing" process, an electric drive system, and independent frequency conversion control.

This significantly reduces labor and maintenance costs, making it widely adaptable to the production needs of domestic and international panel furniture and woodworking factories.

Three-Axis Processing:

1.Set of Sandpaper Rollers (Coarse sanding to remove bumps/glue lines)

2. Sets of Polishing Rollers (Fine polishing to remove sanding marks + Fine polishing to increase gloss), three processes completed in one go, resulting in a natural, seamless transition on the sides.

3. Precise Frequency Conversion Speed ​​Adjustment: The speed of the sanding rollers/polishing rollers is independently adjustable. Low speed prevents burns on soft materials, and high speed removes burrs on hard materials, with precise parameter matching.
