Three-Axis Automatic Edge Sander
The Edge Sander is a dedicated side sanding and polishing machine customized for panel furniture production lines.
Integrating a three-axis process of "one sanding, two polishing" with an electric up-and-down motion design, it can complete the entire process of deburring, removing glue lines, eliminating sanding marks, and fine polishing the sides of the board in one go.
It replaces 3-5 manual sanders and is a core finishing equipment for mass production of cabinets, wardrobes, and office furniture.

Upgraded frequency conversion control:
Independent frequency conversion for the sanding roller, polishing roller, and conveyor belt motors; adjustable speed from 0-12m/min; suitable for various edge banding materials such as PVC, acrylic, and wood veneer; eliminates burn marks and sanding streaks.
