Main Functions:

The machine performs high-speed cutting using a band saw, circular saw, or rotary blade, supporting PLC program control and servo paper feeding to ensure clean cuts and precise lengths (error <1mm).

Equipped with an automatic dust removal, roll pushing, and counting system, it achieves speeds of 60-150 rolls/minute and is suitable for cored and coreless paper.

Applicable Products:

Produces household toilet paper rolls, hotel/restaurant large-roll toilet paper, kitchen hand towel rolls, and industrial wiping paper rolls.

Especially suitable for facial tissue rolls, paper roll cores, and kitchen paper rolls with a height >120mm, producing a smooth, burr-free cut.
