Digital Heat Transfer and Process:
Printing color and white inks on digital heat transfer film, combined with powdering, transfer printing, and other supporting processes, enables the production and processing of digital heat transfer textile garments.
① Digital printing (color first, then white) → ② Pre-drying → ③ Powdering and shaking → ④ Full drying (temperature: 140-150°C, time: 3-5 minutes) → ⑤ Pressing (temperature: 150-180°C, time: 7-20 seconds)
Ink-out alarm device ensures long printing life. The ink-out alarm device allows you to add ink in advance to avoid printing errors and is easy to clean.
