Embossing: The industry mainstream uses two embossing methods: "steel-to-steel" or "steel-to-adhesive."
1. Steel-to-steel embossing is suitable for high-end napkins, creating clear, three-dimensional patterns (such as diamonds, squares, and wavy patterns), improving the softness, absorbency, and aesthetics of the napkin.
2. Steel-to-adhesive embossing is an economical option, suitable for mid-to-low-end general-purpose products.
As the core component, the embossing roller is made of wear-resistant, non-toxic, and non-polluting materials to ensure no secondary contamination upon contact with the napkin. Our factory also supports customized embossing molds, which can be used to press brand logos or unique patterns, enhancing product added value.
