The solar controller converts electrical energy into energy suitable for driving the motor, powering the motor to drive the waterwheel for aeration. The waterwheel rotates in the water through components such as impellers and blades, carrying air into the water and promoting oxygen dissolution.

Operating Principles

 

1. Solar Mode:

 

When there is sufficient sunlight, the solar panels generate electricity. The solar controller converts this electricity into energy suitable for driving the motor, which in turn powers the waterwheel for aeration. Excess electricity can be stored in the battery or fed directly into the grid (depending on the situation).

 

2. Mains Power Mode:

 

When solar energy is insufficient (e.g., on cloudy days, at night) or when higher power is needed, the control system detects this and automatically switches to mains power. Mains power directly supplies the motor, ensuring the normal operation of the aeration equipment.

 

3. Hybrid Mode:

 

The most common operating mode is hybrid mode, which prioritizes solar energy when available and automatically and seamlessly switches to mains power when solar energy is insufficient. This mode maximizes the use of free solar energy while ensuring power supply stability.
