This Livestock Manure Dewatering Machine uses the principle of screw extrusion. As the screw shaft extrudes, solids-such as fibers and solid particles in feces-are pushed towards the outlet and discharged through a screen, forming solid organic fertilizer. At the same time, water passes through the screen and is discharged from another outlet, forming liquid organic fertilizer.

This equipment can separate raw manure into two valuable products:

1. Liquid Organic Fertilizer

Features: Rich in essential plant nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, and easily absorbed by crops.

Applications: Can be directly used for farmland irrigation and fertilization, providing nutrients for crop growth.

2. Solid Organic Fertilizer

Features: Low water content, significantly reduced volume, easy to store and transport.

Applications:
Direct Use: Can be transported to nutrient-deficient areas to supplement soil nutrients.

Soil Improvement: Increases soil organic matter content, improves soil structure, and enhances soil aeration and water retention.

Fermentation Fertilizer Production: Can be further fermented into organic compound fertilizer, improving fertilizer utilization and added value.
