Yize Farm Waste Treatment Equipment provides a more efficient way to handle agricultural waste. By using biological treatment and resource recycling technology, the system can convert animal manure and organic waste into biogas energy and organic fertilizer, helping farms reduce pollution while creating additional value.
The Yize system uses anaerobic digestion technology. Organic materials are placed inside the digester, where microorganisms break down the waste without oxygen.
During fermentation:
Organic waste is decomposed
Methane-rich biogas is produced
Solid and liquid residues become organic fertilizer
Solar energy helps maintain suitable fermentation conditions, improving stability especially in areas with temperature changes.
