Core Functions
1. Side Sanding/Polishing: This core function is used to process workpiece sides, corners, and end faces.
2. Double Sanding/Polishing: This is the core process line of the machine. It includes two sanding units and two polishing units.
3. 4-Axis Vertical: This machine utilizes a vertical structure, incorporating multiple processing axes (such as a press, sanding, and polishing axes). This "vertical" structure saves space and facilitates chip removal.
4. Motion Polishing: This refers to the roller's oscillation function. Our polishing rollers not only rotate but also perform high-frequency axial reciprocating motion(oscillation), enabling better processing of irregular edges and complex curved surfaces, avoiding polishing marks and achieving a more uniform polishing effect.
