Leather Gluing Machine

Working Principle
Preparation: Glue is poured into the glue box and heated to the set temperature to achieve the desired flow viscosity.
Setup: Parameters such as the gluing path, width, thickness, and speed are set on the control panel according to process requirements.
Gluing: The operator places the leather workpiece on the workbench and starts the machine. The conveyor system moves the workpiece, passing under the gluing head, where glue is evenly applied to the designated areas.
Finishing: The glued workpiece is discharged for the next step, such as lamination, drying, or stitching.
