PET Recycling Process:
1. A climbing conveyor transports the material to the crusher for pulverization.
2. The crushed flakes are lifted by an elevator to a friction washer for high-speed friction cleaning.
3. The washed flakes enter a deep-water separation tank for cleaning and sink-float separation.
4. The washed and separated flakes enter a spin dryer for dehydration and drying.
5. The dried material enters an air separator for label paper separation and packaging.
