Basic working principle:

Ultra-low volume sprayers use high-power, high-speed series motors to rotate and drive the fan blades to generate high-speed rotary cutting airflow. At the same time, the liquid medicine is pressurized and sent to the confluence of the well-designed nozzle and high-speed airflow at a certain flow rate (adjustable). Under the combined effect of the high-speed rotary cutting airflow and the special structure of the nozzle, the liquid medicine is broken into extremely small mist particles.

ULV-S5 is a high-power electric ultra-low volume sprayer, driven by a high-speed series motor, with a precision fan blade structure, to generate high-speed rotary cutting airflow, pressurize the liquid medicine to a special nozzle, and break it into ultra-fine mist particles of 15-50 microns, achieving a wide coverage and strong penetration disinfection effect.

1. Before using the sprayer, make sure that the power supply voltage meets the requirements of the machine.

2. Do not use highly corrosive liquid medicine. When adding liquid, the maximum capacity should be less than 5L to avoid liquid medicine outflow.

3. To ensure the atomization effect, the motor speed range has been limited at the factory. Please do not disassemble and change it without authorization; adjust the regulating valve appropriately for close-range spraying. Water-soluble liquid medicine must be free of impurities to prevent pipe blockage.

4. If the following situations occur during use, the power supply should be cut off immediately: the sprayer is exposed to rain or water enters the inside; the fan suddenly stops running; the fan sound changes significantly; the liquid tank leaks; the fan does not rotate when starting, and other obvious situations that may cause danger.

5. After spraying the liquid medicine, a small amount of clean water should be added to the medicine box and sprayed out to prevent the liquid medicine from clogging or corroding the nozzle. After use, the power supply should be cut off in time to clean the medicine box, and the machine should be placed in a safe place to avoid water, bumps and children's touch.

6. Do not use this machine in the rain. It is strictly forbidden to "plug" or "unplug" the power plug with wet hands. The sprayer should be used away from flammable, explosive and high-temperature places; do not pull the wire forcibly to prevent sharp objects from scratching the cable surface; do not switch the machine on and off frequently to avoid damaging the motor.

7. If a fault occurs, the power supply must be cut off and our company must be contacted. It is strictly forbidden for non-professionals to disassemble and assemble, repair without authorization, and modify the product without authorization, especially the "power cord with leakage protection plug" to avoid danger.
