The Sunflower Thresher is specialized equipment designed for the post-harvest processing of oil sunflowers. It efficiently separates sunflower seeds from the flower heads, significantly reducing the labor intensity associated with manual threshing and enhancing processing efficiency.
In the past, manual threshing was slow and labor-intensive, and a moment of carelessness could easily crush perfectly good sunflower seeds.
This threshing machine allows you to quickly process harvested sunflower heads, saving a vast amount of labor and significantly shortening the harvest time. It also reduces the risk of the seeds becoming moldy or spoiling due to delays.
The machine uses a power source to rotate an internal threshing drum; once the oil sunflower heads are fed into the threshing chamber, the impact and friction from the drum dislodge the seeds. The detached seeds are separated via a screen, with the seeds exiting through the discharge outlet and debris expelled through the waste outlet.
Compared to manual beating, this equipment achieves a higher threshing rate and minimizes seed breakage during processing.
