Commercial Maize Milling Equipment

The Commercial Maize Milling Equipment is a combined product integrating corn peeling, grits production, and milling. It performs a series of processing steps on corn.

The processed corn grits and corn flour are smooth, round, free of black spots and husks, and have a golden color.

Controllable particle size output-by adjusting the toothed disc spacing, screen aperture, and air separation parameters, different particle sizes of medium grits, small grits, and corn flour can be obtained, ensuring stable product quality.

Commercial Maize Milling Equipment's Machine Advantages:

High-Efficiency Peeling: Utilizes a patented alloy roller screen for thorough peeling in one pass, eliminating black spots.

Dry & Wet Operation: Supports dry peeling without adding water, making it especially suitable for cold winters.

Upgraded Process: Compared to older grinding wheel/roller peeling machines, this equipment consumes less energy and achieves a higher yield.

Applications of our Commercial Maize Milling Equipment

--Suitable for large, medium, and small-sized grain processing enterprises, rural processing points, and deep-processing grain plants, as one of their main production equipment.

--It can be used in conjunction with other milling, soybean product, and feed processing lines to form a complete corn deep-processing system.

--The produced corn flour and grits of different particle sizes are used in food processing, household consumption, supermarket sales, and downstream processing such as corn paste, corn porridge, and corn grits-based products.
