Pellet Mill Supporting Equipment
The Pellet Mill Supporting Equipment is an automated system that processes various powdered raw materials (such as corn, soybean meal, grass meal, and fish meal) into high-density, uniformly sized cylindrical pellets through mixing and pressing. It is ideal for small and medium-sized farms, breeders, or start-up feed processing plants.
Workflow of Our Machines
1. Raw Material Pretreatment: Crushed to a particle size suitable for mixing and granulation.
2. Mixing/Blending Unit: Mixing of dry and wet materials, adjusting the formula to achieve uniformity and a desired moisture content.
3. Feeding and Granulation: Feeding the materials into the pelletizer via a screw conveyor system to form granules of the desired size.
