The core function of this type of straw cutter is to efficiently chop and crush various tall crops, such as green grass, dry rice straw, corn stalks, and other straws, and to spray them evenly to designated locations with high output.

The "long neck" design features a high-nozzle discharge port, making discharge convenient, labor-saving, and uniform.

The high-nozzle design allows the discharge port to extend or adjust its height and rotate 360°, enabling the chopped material to be sprayed high and over a long distance.

Applications – Refined Processing of Silage

1. Combining with Post-Harvest Materials:

After harvesting crops such as corn, alfalfa, and forage, the materials are gathered at processing points. Then, a long-necked chaff cutter is used to chop and crush these raw materials.

2. Direct Spraying into Silage Pit:

The high-nozzle sprayer can directly spray the chopped material into large silage pits or pre-made silage trenches on the ground, reducing material handling and allowing for more even spreading, which is beneficial for subsequent compaction.
