Biomass fuel pellet machine
Biomass raw materials (such as sawdust and straw) are pre-treated through crushing and screening before being evenly fed into the feed inlet of a pellet mill.
Through mechanical pressure and temperature, the cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin in the biomass raw materials undergo cross-linking and solidification, forming stable pellets.
The pellets, formed by extrusion through a die, protrude from the other side of the die and are cut to a predetermined length by an external cutting blade, ultimately forming regular pellet fuel.

The die is flat, and the pressure roller rotates above the die. This type of pellet mill has a relatively simple structure, is easy to operate and maintain, has a wide range of adaptability to raw materials, and is suitable for small and medium-sized production or applications with complex raw material types.
