This Baling and Dual-Wrapping System efficiently and densely bales various silages, crop straws, and food processing byproducts, and then wraps them with film to create sealed fermented feed bales.
High productivity:

Each bale weighs approximately 70-80 kg and has uniform dimensions (55cm in diameter × 52cm in height), facilitating transportation, stacking, and management.

High-density baling and tight wrapping effectively eliminate air from the hay bales, creating a perfect anaerobic fermentation environment.
Excellent sealing prevents outside air and moisture from entering, allowing for full fermentation by lactic acid bacteria, improving feed quality; it also perfectly locks in the nutrients of the hay meal, preventing loss.
Fermented feed has good palatability, high digestibility, and can be stored for a long time (1-2 years).
