Product Description
The animal feed pellet mill is an agricultural and livestock processing device that extrudes powdered raw materials such as corn, bran, soybean meal, straw, and grass powder into cylindrical pellets.
Its core component is the pressure plate, and the pellet size is controlled by the die orifice diameter.
Rollers compress the raw materials through the die orifice to form the pellets.
Commonly Used Milling Discs
2.5mm Die Disc: Produces fine pellets, suitable for young rabbits, chicks, and various small bird chicks.
3mm Die Disc: Produces medium to fine pellets, mainly used for broilers, pigeons, chickens, ducks, geese, and other poultry feed.
4mm Die Disc: Produces regular pellets, a general feed for small to medium-sized livestock such as pigs, sheep, and rabbits.
6mm Die Disc: Produces coarse pellets, a feed for large ruminant livestock such as cattle, donkeys, and horses.
